If you don’t provide your information, or if the information you give us is inaccurate or incomplete, we may not be able to assess your eligibility for the Sovereign Discount Programme or provide you with our consulting services.
Who we share your Personal Information with
The information we hold about you may be shared with:
- our technology and software service providers who assist us in delivering our services, such as cloud hosting, customer relationship management, accounting, and IT support platforms;
- certification and auditing bodies where necessary to deliver our consulting services; and
- government agencies where required by law.
All personal information is stored and processed within Australia. We do not disclose your personal information to overseas recipients. Should this change in the future, we will update this notice and our Privacy Policy accordingly.
How long we keep your Personal Information
We retain your Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Our general retention periods are:
- Customer and business records (names, contact details, invoices, engagement records): 7 years
- Security and access logs: 2 years
- Authentication credentials: duration of use only (deleted upon deactivation)
When Personal Information is no longer required, we securely destroy or de-identify it in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
