Our Story

A sovereign Australian, veteran‑owned ISO consultancy led by certified Lead Auditors. We know what certification bodies look for — because we work with them.

 

Dyadic Consultancy was founded in 2022 by David New, a former Australian Army paratrooper with 21 years of service, including multiple overseas deployments.

Dyadic was originally co‑founded with fellow veteran Andrew Smith (2 CDO); today the business is led by David New.

After transitioning from the military, David became certified as an Exemplar Global Lead Auditor across ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), and ISO 27001 (Information Security), and also holds Certified Management System Specialist status.

That combination — operational discipline and deep auditing expertise — is what makes Dyadic different.

David actively contracts as a Lead Auditor for JAS‑ANZ accredited certification bodies. That means when Dyadic helps build your management system, it is built by someone who knows what auditors will look for on certification day, and how to build evidence that stands up under scrutiny.

Our approach is practical and lean. We co‑author systems with you, work with what you already have, and ensure your team can actually operate the system day‑to‑day — not just file it away.

We can deliver your system as stand‑alone documents you own (for example, Microsoft Office policies, procedures, and registers), or through a fully integrated SaaS platform where responsibilities, evidence, actions, and assurance are managed in one place*.
